Shipping Information
Please note that all items may be print on demand. A $2.00 handling fee will apply to each order that includes a Print On Demand item. $0.50 will be charged for each Print On Demand additional item. Auction item page will specify if item is print on demand. Auction winner will be directed to print out voucher(s). Winners of multiple items may be directed to print out voucher(s) and also pay shipping for those being mailed. Specified vouchers will be mailed in place of actual item. Item not for resale. Buyer responsible for item pick-up in person at iHeartMedia - Philadelphia, 111 Presidential Boulevard, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm. Please note that if you have the winning bid on a flyaway or experience, you will be contacted by a representative from iHeartMedia Philadelphia in regards to fulfillment of your item within seven (7) business days after the auction closes. Arrangements for shipping may be made on a case-by-case basis. Contact (610) 784-3333 for shipping inquiries. Item will be held for no longer than specified time on voucher. If your item is not claimed by the specified time on the voucher, buyer forfeits all rights to that item. Each Buy It Now item will be charged immediately upon buying and cannot be combined on any other order.

What if I am not Home to Sign for my Package?
-The Postal carrier will leave a PS Form 3849, Delivery Attempt Notice at your door.
-There are 3 main ways that customers can retrieve their mail.
-Schedule a Redelivery via telephone by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
-Use the online Redelivery service to arrange for mail to be redelivered.
-Have the mail Held at your local Post Office so it can be picked up later.
